there were posts on the pioneer forum about this problem, users said it did only affect the cd 800 mk 2, there was an downloadable update, which is supposed to solve the problem

I think the main reason DJīs have "mk2 only" on their riders might me, that the mk2 memory cards with their cue points are not upwards compatible; Iīm not 100% on that, but imo thatīs the only reason...
