Zomo HD-120 Club Mono Stick Headphone

Hey guys,

Is anyone familiar with this brand? Has anyone ever used this brand or stick? For the price, I'm curious.

Numark has released the redphone, which looks a lot more expensive but is cheaper.

Zomo mostly rebrands OEM stuff and makes DJ furniture and accesories.
Is it any good? Itll sound like the Zomo HD1200, look for reviews on that

I figured for the price and the fact that is not a custom made stick that this would be a mass produced item. I'm curious as to the build and sound quality of it. The few vids I saw on youtube does not really give me an idea of this HP. Thank you for your reply.

Zomo is a German brand if I remember correctly. They sell headphone earpads and DJ accessories.

When I first was in Tokyo a couple of years back they had some of these sticks at Dance Music Records.

They're definitely mass produced, didn't seem too bad though, but I guess that you shouldn't expect more from Zomo than you would from a stanton/numark factory made stick.

Didn't get to physically touch any of them as they where all in their original boxes, but it was clear plastic in the box so you could see the produkt itself. The silver/chrome/gold type of color scheme looked really cheap, but the rest didn't look too bad. Hard to judge the build quality by looking at the product inside a box, but seemed solid enough for me if I wanted something cheap, but I guess these sticks definitely is more about the gimmicks than the quality of sound.

according to their website, zomo is a division of "GSM-Multimedia GmbH" in germany. other divisions are "recordcase.de" or "redsound" (manufacturer of the "soundbite"-sampler).

you find zomo-products quite often on german websites / webshops. they started by making cases and recordbags, if i remember correctly. i never owned a product of them, but i had my hands on recordbags etc. that friends of mine owned. quality is not bad but not pro.

i donīt know from personal experience what quality their controllers, headphones etc. are, but from what i know (and read in different boards), they are really not bad. definately okay for home- / hobbyuseage, but not pro.
