Only brought one item from them...

Service was good although the item did take a little longer to arrive than I expected.

Why, what do you think of their customer service???

I'm about to buy some monitors, a microphone and a mic preamp from there, as the price difference is huge, even compared to Music Store, where I buy most of my equipment (over the net).

As it will cost me quite some money, I wouldn't like to be disappointed in the end.

It's a pitty they only offer warranty of 1 year and if there's something wrong, you have to pay for all costs for it to be shipped to them.

Musicstore offers 3 years on all products, and I've already used their customer service, which is simply superb - Sent them an email on a Monday reporting that a sampler had firmware issues; they repplied by Tuesday morning, fast and concise answer; on Thursday, UPS was here to pick the faulty item at no extra cost. About 3 weeks later I had a new one delivered at my place.
And if I had to pay shipping costs, as they have an agreement with UPS, it would only be 20 Euro... that's what I pay Musicstore to have any products shipped to me, whatever its weight is (even if it's 500 Kg).

IMO, stores selling online massively should all have agreements with major transport companies such as UPS.
