help removing hissing sound from speakers

hi all first post here.
I have been reading this forum for a while and would like to thank you all for pursuading me to puchase a new urei 1620le.
I seem to be getting a hissing noise from the speaker when i turn up the house volume with no music playing.I assume its a earthing problem.
i have both tt earthed and running into the urei
the urei running into an ev cp1200 and dynacord loudspekers

theres a Noise that is normal, its the nature of the mixer components,

another is the noise generated by the turntable,

another is generated by the wires and thats what you probably can eliminate .. its too much noise, ?

wheres that sound come from?/ Urei only or the TT ??

Is your electric instalation grounded? do you have neons? or lighgts or dimmers in the same electric line?/
