UDG bags in NYC?

Going to be in NY for a few days later this week, gonna be buying a LOT of records so figured I might as well buy a replacement UDG wheely bag while I'm at it to bring them home.

Anyone know a place in NY, preferably mid/downtown manhattan or brooklyn that sells them?

Thanks in advance!

satellite used to have them...
i am not sure there are any record shops left with much vinyl transport gear. nyc has very little to offer djs. even fat beats is done.

you might have better luck using the internet and having it shipped overnight to where you are staying.

Try Turntable Lab. They have some nice Magma and MaishMereau bags.

TT Lab and Rock and Soul are the only places to get UDG... No Ash or Guitar Center.

After reading this post I was curious and excited about going there(Turntable Lab). I walked in looked around, and around and not one peep from the two guys who were there. One says to the other, I want lunch what do you want? as he walked right past me like I was invisible. I didn't know this store was making so much money they can let a potential customer walk out the door. Oh well, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I walked over there on my lunch break (20mins or so) so I guess that adds to the disappointment. Sorry for the post hijack though I guess you already got your bag.

Not really. I work in NYC have for over 13 years and I just about always get greeted in all the stores I go into. I would understand if they were busy but these dudes weren't doing anything except wasting electricity by being open.

John, You know I really hate to put it like that cause Lord knows we need MORE record stores! I see in your other post about the two records stores closing. In this day and age when you have a brick and mortar location competing with can essentially be the world of online retailers you better have your Ish tight. Letting money walk out your door is not a good thing. When the cost of staying open versus the income coming in is higher guess what is gonna happen. I hope their online business is helping them keep afloat.

I bought a Headliner "Stash Pack" at their L.A. location. I had pretty good service and I ended up getting a small discount because Duo-Audio Dave was with me. Maybe it was an isolated incident? But who knows?

I'll get a list of records and go back there and have another look. Once I do, we'll see if the service changed I mean, something as little as hey dude what's up, is fine enough for just about all of us and beats the feeling of being ignored.

When I got my UDG SlingBag Trolley Set, I got it for $60 dollars are Guitar Center. I had been eyeing it for years, but I always thought they were too much. They were having some kind of sale and I just asked out of curiosity how much it would be with the sale, he told me the price and I paid right there. I thought he miss quoting the bag. When I walked out of the store, I looked at the receipt and it was the right SKU number.
