My plan is to start a group to bring underground 'heads' together in the backwater area I live in. The main reason is to get some good sounds OFF the interweb and in to the real world. I personally have seen real world of dark clubs and good music reduce in direct proportion to the explosion of the web over the last few years.
Disco, House whatever is dance music designed for clubs not for solatary consumption at home in the background?
What can my space do for me then? Has it worked to boost your 'music heads' community?
I hate myspace and all that bull s**t
I'm down with your idea..I'd be up for that, how about a get together where we can all play some tunes regardless of genre oh and there has to be munchies lol.
I agree the internet has made this music background music now; bland ass music..you can tune in any where and hear some lame'o play some bland house tracks, quality is hard to find.
These sites have their uses and stuff yeah I know and can be benefitial to both listener and dj but for the most part are used to push some one shit into the spot light.
