Remember Palladium NYC?

Anyone out there remember Palladium NYC? Anyone looking to reminisce? Pics? Who did the install? Was a great place for those that missed it.

I mean, if you really want to see the Palladium in action, why not just dial up some old Club MTV clips with 'Downtown' Julie Brown on the YouTubes?

Check out TheDuke064's channel, or just click this link:

Or I suppose you could just enroll at NYU and see the inside for yourself...

no stacks in that install. the speakers were placed right under the first balcony around the dance floor. berthas were used as "dancing platforms" with either a gatien era club kid or some 10 "raving" kids on them. They were painted light grey (or a very light color) to match the top speakers. Charlie Casanova played saturday nights. He played everything from commercial house to hardcore dutch techno (euromasters). kenny kenny and aphrodite did the door.

much much Later... junior vasquez took over with ARENA. Then it closed.

here is the video from the closing night...
