thanks for your concerns. The family is safe. That's a blessing. I don't know what happened. It burned so fast. Everything. Gone! I don't know what I am going to do at this moment.
The Red Cross is lending some aid. However, later on today begins the process of rebuilding. My entire world has be devastated. Again. This is the second fire I had in my life.

And you all can feel me on this. All my music, all of it this time, some 6000 plus albums. GONE!

I know that may not be the thought to have, but many of those albums hold memories of my life.

The rest of it is a rebuilding process, but the vinyl.

Again, thanks for your concern. I will make it through this . My wife and kids are safe. That's what truly matters..

Mate I'm really really sorry to hear that! I know you have lost a lot but you are all alive and well, you have to be positive with these things as annoying as it is :-)

If I lived nearer I would help, hope things get better with time

I'm greatful that no harm has come to the most important thing in your life. FAMILY

If there's anything we can help with let me know. (Let us know).
My mother runs a corner store and a few "SideKick" meals don't sell. If you're missing out on food, don't hesitate.

Here's a working link to the news report. Please take a look.

http://www.wwnytv.com/news/local/94757494.html
Here

If you look closely at the beginning before starting the video, stare at the saw horses. My console sat on top of those. under the horses lie what left of
my Tech that I have owned since 1981.
see the amp rack in the back. See the drivers on the ground. the patch panel laying on the ground. that was all that was left of the rack. the whole front of the house, that the view, was where all the gear was stored.

Heart breaking for any gear head.

Sorry to hear that mate.

Please speak out if you need anything. I as well as many others on this forum, would be more than happy to assist in any way we can.

When it's time to start rebuilding, please contact me and come around and take a pick of some pieces of gear to get you started again.

George and the Integral crew.

I want to thanks everyone who has responded with words of encouragement. It really helps to know that there are those who can empathize with our present situation.

It has been a week yet. I went back today to the rubble and did some digging around. Then I just said, I need a back hoe and bucket for this mess. As closer inspection with the ash convinced me that nothing was spared.

The beginning picks up with acquiring documents. This has been most testing. Social Security asks for documentation that was burned. Birth Records need to be re issued. The driver's license was the easiest to get. Go figure.

This week was applying here and there for services that cater to victims of a disaster. Next week as the holiday weekend closes will bring more light as to what is available to assist my family.

Red Cross gave us a voucher for the local thrift shop. And it was needed. And led us to other resources that we are tracking down.

Finding a place, temporarily is priority at this time.

Keep the positive feelings coming guys. It helps. God knows it does.

If anyone want to help here's how.

Music. That's what I need. digital is fine. Whatever you feel you can burn on disc would be appreciated. DVD is great, CD is fine. MP3 is very acceptable.

No mixes, single songs please. As much as you feel you can part with without causing no ill feelings.

I don't have a computer at the moment, that would be nice to have too, however, once one is acquired, tranferring wouldn't be an issue.

Music, any form, HOUSE specifically, but as of the moment, any and all will do.

If you can mail it to the below address it would be appreciated.

Music, Muuuusic, music is the answer.

Anthony Wright
470 Cousintown Road
De Kalb Junction, New York 13630-4157
315 386 4892 (where I am staying at the moment)

Maybe a beat up laptop is lurking out there somewhere.
