size of pots on Urei 1620le

I am looking to change the main channel knobs on my LE for something different and was wondering if anyone knows if the pots are 6mm or 6.3mm (quarter inch)? My eyesight isn't too great and I'm finding it very difficult to tell.

I'm presuming that a replacement knob for a 6.3mm shaft would still fit a 6mm one but not the other way around, so I would like to be certain.

Many thanks and Merry Christmas.

If you have blue Alps RK27 pots they most likely are the 6mm shaft. Even the original UREI 1620 had black Alps RK40 potentiometers with the 6mm shaft. The black Alps RK40 or Allen Bradley pots used by Bozak are the 1/4 inch shafts unless someone has replaced a pot with a newer style. You can use the 1/4 inch knobs on the 6mm shaft but they tend to be a bit off and do not rotate 100% true.
